I’m Asif Newaz. Logistics Toolbox is where my logistics expertise meets a hands-on journey in AI-assisted product building.
Start with the work.
Shipment volume, chargeable weight, quote comparisons, pricing and transit dates are small calculations with practical consequences. I built this toolbox around those everyday logistics questions, with the inputs, assumptions and working visible.
The aim is straightforward: help people check their numbers, understand the basis of a result and carry it into their next conversation or spreadsheet.
Domain knowledge, with AI as a building partner.
I use AI assistance to turn logistics knowledge into usable pages, develop the calculations, explore the design and test the experience. My role is to shape the problems worth solving and the practical assumptions behind each tool.
AI helps with the building process. The calculators themselves use explicit formulas in your browser; they do not send your shipment inputs to an AI model to generate an answer.
Six tools. One practical starting point.
The first collection covers CBM, air chargeable weight, LCL weight or measure, freight quote comparison, margin and markup, and shipment dates. Each tool explains how its result is calculated and gives you a breakdown to copy.
Browser checks and calculation tests are part of the process. They help catch mistakes, while real-world feedback helps identify assumptions or workflows that need improvement.
A first step toward SupplyChainIQ.
SupplyChainIQ is the broader direction I’m working toward. Logistics Toolbox is a manageable first step: build useful things, learn from using them, and improve them one release at a time.
Logistics Toolbox is free to use, with no login required. It brings my logistics experience and AI-assisted building journey together in six practical calculators, each with transparent formulas and copyable results.
This is a first step toward SupplyChainIQ. I’ll keep improving the toolbox through practical testing and feedback from people working with shipments every day.
